Singapore Science Centre Workshop

2 Sessions Per Day

• Session #1: 1 PM – 2:30 PM
• Session #2: 3:30 PM – 5 PM

Paper Glider

Students will learn about gliders as well as the functions of each part. They will construct their own paper gliders and conduct a series of test flights to discover how the rudder, elevator and ailerons affect flight. They will also be tasked to modify their gliders to compete for the furthest distance travelled. The workshop will end with a drone demonstration by the facilitator.

Drone Demo

Students will learn about the use of Tynker (an app) to programme a drone through a demonstration by the facilitator.
