Job Description

To work with the Team Lead, Student Admission and Recruitment (STAR) and Head, Admission and Community Engagement Division, Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy Co., Ltd. (SCIA), a Cambodia registered subsidiary of SIM International Pte. Ltd.
The Sales and Marketing Executive, reporting to the Reporting Head, Student Admission and Recruitment (STAR), is responsible for:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and brainstorm strategies on student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies and strong response in parents’ outreach assigned to marketing and/or RO
• Support assigned roles in implemented sales and marketing plans for promoting company’s services to attract students recruitment by marketing team and/or RO
• Support STAR team members in the market research and development of marketing and sales strategies for the company to attract students recruitment as instructed by RO. This includes mystery shopping calls.
• Manage pipeline tracking report and maintain prospects and sanitise into categories of leads in completion and updating
• Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales targets by quarter and the year
• Create and present sales recruitment performance and pipeline reports weekly
• Contact potential and existing customers/ parents on the phone, per email, and in person
• Handle customers’ and prospects’ questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Ensure STAR team attendance at events within approved mobilization needs by marketing and/or RO
• Produce own network for sales prospects in order to attract and recruit new students
• Responsible for sourcing of prospects to attend these events with target conversion and hit rate in mind
• Support the STAR team members in processes and procedures to enhance team work flow that include smooth communication, transparency and sharing
• Consistent follow up with new recruited parents for after sales effectiveness Design and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting company’s services to attract students recruitment
• Drive student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies
• Research on target customer segments and prospects to improve leads generation process
• Plan, manage and help execute events within approved budget and timeline
• Responsible for successful delivery of each event, ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, organisers, and on-site team
• Develop relevant processes and procedures to enhance teamwork flow that include smooth communication, transparency and sharing
• Support the established partnerships with relevant organisations, including chambers of business councils and companies that can contribute to student enrolment of the school, through networking and outreach events
• Ensure timely team updates of pipeline and sales prospects updates 
• Create any schedule to be shared by STAR teams as instructed or needed by marketing and/or RO.
• Source and share to junior STAR team members any new leads coming from own network in order to ensure global quarter targets are met
• Design and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting company’s services to attract students recruitment
• Drive student recruitment sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies
• Research on target customer segments and prospects to improve leads generation process
• Plan, manage and help execute events within approved budget and timeline

• Establish partnerships with relevant organisations, including chambers of business councils and companies that can contribute to student enrolment of the school, through networking and outreach events.

Job Requirement

Academic Education / Training / Experience
● At least 4 to 5 years experience related to sales and relationship or sales and relationship.
● Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related disciplines from an internationally recognised university
● Proficiency in English and Chinese language (spoken and written)
● Competent in Information Technology for use in data analysis, creating reports and presentations
● Has an eye for detail and willing to be hands-on in engaging customers and managing events.
● Strong sales experience on a service like education
● Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
● Creative and able to think out of the box
● Has good communication and problem-solving skills
● Able to work in teams and independently with minimal supervision
● Must be prepared to work on weekends
● Proficient in English – both spoken and written
● Results-oriented, self-driven, confident and resilient
● Some experience in Chamber work or business councils work is also a plus
● Have wide ranging network in key Khmer communities, including outreach plans on working and networking with Khmer VIPs/ excellencies/ trade and industry leaders
